Who We Are

The Arthromax Center for Diabetic Pedorthics is Pakistan’s first dedicated facility. It focuses exclusively on the prevention, assessment, and orthotic management of diabetic foot complications. Spearheaded by UK-Registered Prosthetist & Orthotist Mr. Kamran Saleem Awan, ACDP is redefining how diabetic patients walk, heal, and live.

We combine evidence-based pedorthics with custom footwear design. We use advanced pressure-mapping technology and clinical research. These techniques protect feet and prevent amputation in high-risk individuals.

What We Do

• Foot Pressure Mapping & Risk Assessment
  Advanced diagnostic tools help us detect high-pressure zones. They also pinpoint areas vulnerable to ulceration before they happen.
• Custom Diabetic Footwear & Insoles
  We design and fabricate footwear that is scientifically backed and medically prescribed. It is tailored to each patient’s foot shape, pressure profile, and risk level.
• Preventive & Therapeutic Pedorthics
  We offer a range of offloading devices, toe fillers, and total contact insoles. These devices give comprehensive offloading solutions for neuropathic and ischemic feet.
• Clinical Training & Certification
  We train health professionals in diabetic foot screening. We also train them in pedorthic design. We make sure they understand orthotic offloading strategies. This approach ensures a national standard of care.
• Research & Publications
  ACDP is committed to generating local data on diabetic foot outcomes. It aims to set pedorthic care benchmarks tailored to Pakistan’s healthcare system.
